Using Washington's Atlanta Address in Prompt One
Hey, I'm using prompt one for my paper because it took me too long to find those Pope L. videos unfortunately. Anyways, my paper is progressing nicely but I need to highlight the basic ideas of Black culture for Washington and was hoping I could use the "fingers on a hand quote" in my paper.

I'd say go for it, with this caveat: one, make sure that if you throw in a quote from an external text in your paper, you both justify and explain that quote. You need to be clear about why that quote fits in your paper, and then what it means. You don't want the paper to read as if that external text/quote is just dropped in without setup - make sure the paper calls for that quote to be used.
Given that, I'd say work it if it makes sense to do so.
